Creating your club’s website in GroupFlow is fast and straightforward. Most clubs get their site online within a few minutes, and you can begin customizing it immediately. This guide walks you through the full process—from signing up for a free trial to accessing the Admin Dashboard for the first time.Signing Up for a Free Trial
Most customers begin by signing up for a free trial on the GroupFlow website. The signup form collects a few important details:- Your email address
- Your club or organization’s name
- Basic information about your group
- Your group’s public website, at a GroupFlow-branded domain name
- Your members-only area
- Your Admin Dashboard
- A set of public-facing pages that you can fully customize
Setting Your Password
After your site is created, you will be prompted to set a password for your new admin account. Once your password is set:- You will be logged in automatically with full administrator privileges
- You can immediately begin customizing your club site
- No additional account setup is required
Your New GroupFlow Site
Every new GroupFlow site includes:- A public homepage (which you can fully edit)
- A public “Join” page (if your club accepts new members)
- A members-only area, including:
- Preset functional pages
- Optional pages you can add using the page editor
- An Events page and Calendar view
- Chat messaging
- Discussion forum
- An Admin Dashboard for managing your club
- Default navigation, which you can customize at any time
- Basic styling based on your group’s name
Entering the Admin Dashboard
Once you log in for the first time, you’ll land in the Admin Dashboard. This is the central hub where you’ll manage:- Members

- Website pages and navigation
- Announcements and email communication
- Member permissions and admin access levels
- Group settings and configuration
The Getting Started Checklist
On your first visit, you’ll see a Getting Started Checklist at the top of the dashboard. The checklist guides you through the essential steps required to launch your club on GroupFlow. Based on the interface, the checklist currently includes the following items:✔ Invite other leaders to help manage your group
Add your board members, officers, or co-organizers so they can assist with managing events, members, content, and dues.✔ Assign team members to team email lists
Choose which admins receive announcements, support requests, and system notifications.✔ Pick your group’s colors to match your brand
Customize your website’s color palette to align with your club’s branding.✔ Add your logo and other important branded images
Upload your club logo, header images, and any other branded assets you want to use on your website.✔ Choose a design template for your group’s website landing pages
Select from available layout templates to set the visual style for your homepage and public-facing pages.✔ Set up membership dues
Create membership tiers, set pricing, define renewal cycles, and configure any free trial periods your club may offer.✔ Set up application form
If your club requires an application for new members, configure your application form fields and review settings.✔ Set up profile form
Customize what information members can or must enter in their profiles (e.g., interests, skills, family details, etc.).✔ Set up payment processing
Enable payment processing so your members can pay for dues and event tickets directly on your site.You can work through the checklist in any order. Each task links directly to the relevant admin screen, and the progress bar at the top will update automatically as items are completed.
